A project started and completed while on holiday, Omar's Fortune is an Augmented Reality fortune teller app, parting life wisdoms and fortunes upon you in 3D.

Development Approach

This project served as both a learning experience and a rapid MVP development challenge. Built in approximately two weeks, Omar's Fortune demonstrates the power of modern AR frameworks and cloud services to create engaging, interactive experiences quickly.

• Trying to flex my 3D modeling chops, I personally modeled, rigged, and animated Omar in Blender
• The app uses Amazon Polly for text-to-speech, allowing Omar to deliver fortunes and wisdoms with natural-sounding voice synthesis. This integration enables dynamic, personalized fortune-telling experiences without requiring pre-recorded audio files.
